Not to be accusator...I don't think it can be done. Not to be accusatory but, you're too lazy to select multiple layers and drag them into the new document? You need an action? You're applying these same layers to 10, 25, 50, 100 new documents? I could well be wrong, but I can't find a single way to make that an action.<BR/><BR/>Brilliant post, by the way.
